Tropical Fruit and Coconut Smoothie
Yield: 4 cups
- 2 cups pineapple
- 1 cup mango
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk*
- Blend mint leaves and coconut milk until smooth.
- Add remaining fruits and blend to a smooth drink.
- If you want this smoothie cold, use at least one frozen fruit.
- * Use homemade coconut milk or carton coconut milk.
