Yield: 2.5 cups
- 1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana, peeled, sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- Blend mint leaves, orange juice and milk until smooth.
- Add remaining fruits and maple syrup and blend to a smooth drink.
- If you want this smoothie cold, use frozen cranberries or add a few cubes of ice.
