Cranberry Smoothie

Yield: 2.5 cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana, peeled, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup

Instructions

  • Blend mint leaves, orange juice and milk until smooth.
  • Add remaining fruits and maple syrup and blend to a smooth drink.

Tips

  • If you want this smoothie cold, use frozen cranberries or add a few cubes of ice.
