Green Tea Green Smoothie

Yield: 3 cups


  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup green grapes, seedles
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup green tea (decaf for kids)


  • Brew the green tea and let it cool down.
  • Blend spinach and brewed green tea until smooth.
  • Add remaining fruits and blend to a smooth drink.


  • If you want this smoothie cold, use frozen banana (freeze your banana overnight, sliced and stored in a freezer-safe bag).
