Green Tea Green Smoothie
Yield: 3 cups
- 1 cup mango
- 1 cup green grapes, seedles
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup green tea (decaf for kids)
- Brew the green tea and let it cool down.
- Blend spinach and brewed green tea until smooth.
- Add remaining fruits and blend to a smooth drink.
- If you want this smoothie cold, use frozen banana (freeze your banana overnight, sliced and stored in a freezer-safe bag).
