Orange Lassi

Yield: 2.5 cups


  • 1 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 large banana
  • 2 tsp chia seeds


  • Put chia seeds into orange juice and leave it soak for a few minutes before blending.
  • Add yogurt and sliced bananas and blend to a smooth drink.


  • If you want this smoothie cold, use frozen banana (freeze your banana overnight, sliced and stored in a freezer-safe bag).
