Yield: 2.5 cups
- 1 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 large banana
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- Put chia seeds into orange juice and leave it soak for a few minutes before blending.
- Add yogurt and sliced bananas and blend to a smooth drink.
- If you want this smoothie cold, use frozen banana (freeze your banana overnight, sliced and stored in a freezer-safe bag).
