Yield: 3.5 cups
- 2 cups dark grapes
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups coconut milk* or almond milk
- 1 lemon, juice
- maple syrup to taste
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- * Use homemade coconut milk or carton coconut milk.
