Berries & Basil Smoothie

Yield: 3.5 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups coconut milk*
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • maple syrup to taste

Instructions

  • Blend basil leaves and coconut milk until smooth.
  • Add remaining fruits and blend to a smooth drink.

Tips

  • If you want this recipe cold, use at least one frozen fruit.
  • * Use homemade coconut milk or carton coconut milk.
