Yield: 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • cane sugar to taste

Instructions

  • Blend mint leaves, orange juice and milk until smooth.
  • Add remaining fruits and sugar and blend to a smooth drink.

Tips

  • If you want this smoothie cold, use frozen raspberries or add a few cubes of ice.
