Raspberry Morning Treat

Yield: 4 cups
- 1 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- cane sugar to taste
- Blend mint leaves, orange juice and milk until smooth.
- Add remaining fruits and sugar and blend to a smooth drink.
- If you want this smoothie cold, use frozen raspberries or add a few cubes of ice.
