Ingredients

  • 1 cup apples, peeled, chopped, deseeded
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled, chopped
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1-2 cm fresh ginger
  • 1-2 tbsp. cane sugar

Instructions

  • Blend spinach and water until smooth.
  • Add remaining fruits, ginger and sugar and blend to a smooth drink.

Tips

  • If you want this smoothie cold, add a few cubes of ice.
