Citrus & Kiwi Green Smoothie

Yield: 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pomelo / grapefruit, peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled, chopped
  • 2 large bananas, peeled, sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup coconut milk*
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Blend spinach, water and coconut milk until smooth.
  • Add remaining fruits and blend to a smooth drink.

Tips

  • If you want this smoothie cold, use at least one frozen fruit.
  • * Use homemade coconut milk or carton coconut milk.
