Citrus & Kiwi Green Smoothie
Yield: 4 cups
- 2 cups pomelo / grapefruit, peeled, chopped
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled, chopped
- 2 large bananas, peeled, sliced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup coconut milk*
- 1 cup water
- Blend spinach, water and coconut milk until smooth.
- Add remaining fruits and blend to a smooth drink.
- If you want this smoothie cold, use at least one frozen fruit.
- * Use homemade coconut milk or carton coconut milk.
